Title: Very Very disappointed with this laptop. Product Uses: Gaming, software development, video production, general home use Review: ok the pros.... as far as I can see there are non the cons: It has 1 2cm fan to cool the WHOLE laptop!!!! This computer has a core i7 and a medium spec graphics card what were dell thinking!!!! I can hardly use the laptop it is so hot. It randomly re-boots and blue screens. Dell have tried and failed to fix these problems, they have replaced the motherboard twice and the fan and heat sink 2 or 3 times... Also the cheap hard drive that came in the laptop originally broke in LESS THAN 1 YEAR!!!! |

Title: AWESOME LITTLE MONSTER! Product Uses: general home use, music and video streaming Review: I just received my Vostro V-13, and I LOVE it!! I highly recommend grabbing one. For the price, this little monster is nothing short of AWESOME! Mine has 4g of RAM and 320 gb of memory, and it's lighning fast! I LOVE the keyboard too. I can type at lightning speed with this little baby. It comes wi-fi ready with Windows 7 and Microsoft Word pre-installed, along with other goodies, including a program for your music which is Amazon compatible, and a few games pre-loaded, and other programs to handle your photographs and your media. The resolution on the LCD screen is amazing. You can pay so much more for a great little laptop, but why should you? This one is comparable to Apple's Macbook Air, but I actually like the Vostro V-13 better. It comes in a sleek little super-thin silver chrome case with a glossy 13.3" screen. It's highly competitive in all areas! Many of the reviews I read here said that this older Vostro V-13 outshines the newer Vostro V-130 and V-131 models, and I'm sure they are right, as this little machine rocks!! |

Product Uses: school work, web, video streaming, general Review: dell customer for years ,now my son wanted a portable so we ordered a 1012 mini was sent a email these were now available to preferred custs,so I ordered delivered fast ,now the scoop my 12 year old son just loves it ,home work look-up and web no probs-fast!!! , has windows 7 premium and also fast!!! ,very reliable so far a A+ for dell on this one ,now I am looking for a diferent laptop for him so I can swipe his 11Z to take to work ,haha! ,have a great day people and enjoy!. |
