Title: Dell Inspiron 560 Review - excellent Product Uses: home pc, schoolwork via ms word and excel, internet gaming - world of warcraft, academic internet research. Review: Sleek black design, fast delivery, great options if you want to expand on the baseline system. Plenty of USB ports, HDMI output as well as the usual periphal ports. What I liked was I had a wireless keyboard and mouse and it recognised them immediately and didn't need to upload any device drivers. The pre-loaded Windows 7 is an excellent product and, even better, the addition of Word and Excel has saved a fortune in buying the full Office product. Fast and intuitive, I have not had to buy any additional software because everything the average user needs is already loaded including security software. I love Windows 7 network map which shows all of the divices detected on my network including a wireless printer plus adding devices is easy. Couldn't be more pleased - I now have 3 DELL desktops and 2 DELL laptops and they are all excellent. Great products. |

Title: Inspiron 560 Product Uses: web surfing, e-mail Review: I got this for my husband because he only surfs the web and does e-mail and that's the extent of his computer knowledge. I was a little skeptical about onboard video and audio, but for his needs, its more than adequate. I thought about adding a video card, but after seeing the picture quality, decided it was not necessary. He's happy and I'm happy!! Good purchase. |

Title: Dell Products & Customer Service 110% Product Uses: home /office, photography, internet shopping Review: I purchased a Inspiron 560 ST a couple of weeks ago, what a PC and value for money too.Very fast and does everything I need it to do, the addition of McAfee Security Suite is a bonus. Graphics and sound quality are amazing.I previously owned a dimension 521 which sadly died after almost 5 1/2 years service which prompted me to but the Inspiron. I would recommend and have recommened Dell to family and friends without hesitation.As for Dell's customer service I myself made a slight error with my order ,I rang customer services and sorted the problem out, the lady who dealt with me kept in contact until my order arrive, brillant service. Thank you Dell. |

Title: Lovin My Dell Product Uses: researching my family tree, side job : creating video montages, social networking, work from home Review: Pros I absolutly love my Dell. I purchased the inspiron as a third desk top for my home. I love the speed when surfing the internet and the simplicity when creating my video montages. The slim design fits perfectly in compact desk. I love coming home to my retreat room and researching my family history or working on my video montages for family and friends. Cons The only thing that I would have changed would be to have bluetooth included as part of my package. Review I have and will continue to recommend Dell to everyone. Over the last eight years I have purchased over 8 Dells for my children and myself. I'm lovin my Dells |

Title: Birthday Gift Product Uses: everyday use, internet, music, pictures Review: It was given as a birthday gift and she loved it ( especially the color...red) and it made the gift a better surprise better because the computer came right before her birthday. We had a minor issue because we were sent a defective monitor but dell handled the situation well and we were sent something better. |

Title: Checked the rest, but bought the BEST Product Uses: home computing Review: With their reliability and fast efficient service Dell has made my shopping for a computer system almost a no-brainer. Having worked in the computer field for almost 25 years, and certified on almost a dozen systems, I have come to respect Dell's attention to quality and service. Although I still 'shop' the market, it seems that I always end up buying Dell. As long as they keep their attention on the customer I wll most likely remain a loyal Dell consumer. |

Title: A GOOD DEAL BUT...................... Product Uses: work, home, entertainment, talk dirty to it Review: For the money, you can't beat it. hands down, Dell still has the best deals going. I have a 10 year old desktop that I bought from Dell and it is still working fine, just a little "out-moded" for today's demands. Hence the new computer. I also have a dell laptop that works very well. The only problem thus far is a design flaw that I am going to have to live with. It concerns the front loading memory card reader. it is set too far back and my average sized hands and fingers have a real tough time grabbing the card to remove it. It is a royal pain in the butt, but not a deal breaker. |
